the bungalow is a colonial building built in 1925. It nestles in the hills of Pantiya rubber estates.
originally built by an English planter, this bungalow has been fully refurbished, retaining its old world charm. only one booking at a time is taken to ensure guests have the entire bungalow to themselves. its comfortable and spacious bedrooms, extensive gardens with a swimming pool, magnificent views, interesting location near the south coast and the mild climate all combine to make Pantiya Estate an inviting property for families or friends.
four large bedrooms have attached bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests. the bedrooms are comfortably furnished with twin or double beds. the bathrooms have showers, bath tub, wash basin, and w/c. air-conditioning is fitted in every room. fans are also available on request.
there is a spacious and comfortable living room for guest use connected to the dining room with a 12-seat table.
the verandah over looking the pool is an ideal vicinity for sitting and having your afternoon tea or reading a book. there are plenty of books and indoor board games available in house.
the extensive gardens are ideal for a friendly game of cricket or just relaxing by the pool. children will enjoy the swings. other activities include walks in the extensive gardens, badminton and indoor games such as carom and darts. a lightweight gym is also available.
