The hotel is situated amongst lush greenery, right on the beach. It is only about 20 minutes from Colombo, so you can enjoy the sun and the sand as well as go into the city if you want a change. The rooms are comfortable, have hotwater, A/C and cable television.
There is a lovely restaurant situated on the beach, with very reasonably priced and tasty food.
