Hotel Overview
Situated in the south-west of Nuwara Eliya district, Norton Bridge is still one of the few unchanged hill country trading posts, mostly untouched by changes elsewhere in the country.
Located at an altitude of 3500 feet above sea level, blessed with lush forest cover, the Norton Bridge forest reservation is home to some of the country's rarest fauna and flora. Situated on the main route to Adam's Peak, it is rumoured that famous visitors such as Ibn Batuta, the famous Arab sea-farer and Macro Polo passed through Norton Bridge when visiting the Mountain of the Sacred Foot-Print.
